About Narrative Point

Built in the environments
where the human layer determines outcomes.

Narrative Point is not a consultancy built on frameworks and case studies. It is built on operational experience from environments where human influence capability is the difference between success and failure — under maximum pressure, with real stakes.

The Foundation

A new generation of organizational influence

Narrative Point was founded by professionals with backgrounds in Israeli defense and intelligence operations, operational psychology, and HUMINT methodology. Not as credentials to display — as the source of the methodology we bring into organizational contexts.

The disciplines that form our approach were developed and tested in environments where the cost of failure is not a learning opportunity. That origin is the reason they perform under pressure, and the reason they produce results that academic or consulting frameworks cannot replicate.

We bring together Human Intelligence methodology, operational psychology, and narrative leadership into a single, coherent practice — because human influence at the organizational level requires all three, simultaneously. This integration does not exist anywhere else.

What Drives Us

The gap every organization has, and few address

Organizations invest in strategy, data, and execution infrastructure. They fail at the human level. Hidden motivations go undetected. Trust collapses under pressure. Narratives run unmanaged while leaders communicate and people experience something entirely different.

This is not a communication problem. It is a human layer problem, and it exists in every organization operating under real conditions. The tools to address it have existed for decades — in defense and intelligence contexts where human influence is a core operational capability. We build that capability for the organizational world.

We work with C-suite leadership, senior teams, HR and L&D leaders, defense and security organizations, and leadership navigating pressure, transition, or crisis. Wherever the human layer is the deciding variable.

Our Philosophy

Narrative is not a soft skill.
It is the architecture of influence.

The narratives running inside an organization determine how people interpret decisions, how they respond to change, and whether strategy executes or dies at the human layer. We diagnose those narratives. We redesign them. We build the shared meaning that makes organizational direction real — not just stated.

Capability, Not Training

We use "capability" deliberately. Training is an event. Capability is what remains when the session ends — embedded in behavior, accessible under pressure, active in the meeting and the room. That is what we build.

Operational, Not Academic

Every methodology we apply was built for high-stakes operational environments first. The psychology is real-conditions psychology. The HUMINT is field-tested. The narrative frameworks were designed for environments where alignment is not optional — it is survival.

Integrated, Not Siloed

Psychology, HUMINT, and narrative leadership exist separately in every other context. We deploy them as a single methodology — because human influence cannot be reduced to any one discipline. It requires all three, operating simultaneously, in real time.

Forward-Looking, Not Legacy

AI is changing what organizations do. It is not changing what organizations are. The human layer — meaning, narrative, influence, alignment — is the last defensible advantage. We are building the methodology for that future, not adapting a legacy one to it.

If the human layer is where your strategy succeeds or fails,
this is where it begins.
